Our unique facility offers a quality meeting location for every type of function.  The meeting rooms can accommodate groups from 3 to 300.  Our rooms can be configured to suit your needs.  Our catering can save you time and money.

The Board Room comfortably seats 12 around a conference table with room for additional seating if necessary.

Opportunity Room I provides versatility to companies unlike other meeting rooms.  It fulfills the requirements for groups as large as 150 in theatre style seating or can be arranged to accommodate much smaller groups.  Adjacent to the room is a full-service kitchen which can be used for no additional fee.

Opportunity Room II is slightly smaller and allows companies a space that meets their requirements and does not exceed their budget.

When space requirements need to be flexible, Opportunity Room III can accommodate meetings up to approximately 200 people which makes it perfect for training sessions or even a more glamorous event.  All Opportunity Rooms include access to high speed internet and a state of the art audio visual capabilities.

The Ballroom meets the needs of virtually any size group.  In fact it also boasts the largest dance floor in Southwest Missouri.  The ten-foot screen and state of the art video projector and sound system makes this the perfect place to hold your next prom, or holiday party.  This new addition to the Executive Conference Center is the Perfect location for annual meetings, wedding receptions, proms, rallies or any event.
